Jones and Sons came to my house the next day after I called and they had great communication about arrival times and came right when they promised. James was very pleasant and explained the repairs that were needed in great detail and offered alternatives. After the work was done, he showed photos and included them in the invoice, priced as promised. Would recommend and have recommended in the past.

Thought we had a leak under the kitchen sink. At least we were told we did by the refrigerator repairman. We called Jones & Sons plumbing on a Friday and they came on Monday. Darius came in the time frame we were told and he was so nice and professional. Turns out there was no leak but explained why the fridge repairman thought there was.
